How to Get Back After Falling off the Weight Loss Wagon

Planning Out A Successful Fitness Routine

Alright, darlings, gather around because I’ve got a juicy wellness saga for you. My fabulous client, recently hit a bit of a bump on her weight loss journey. She was riding high on a 9lb weight loss wave and then—bam!—fell off the wagon. But fear not, because we got her back on track, and here’s how.

Step One: Schedule Shenanigans

First up, we played detective with her schedule. We sat down, had a chat, and figured out the perfect times for her to werk those workouts. It’s all about finding that sweet spot where exercise fits into your life like a glove. No more excuses, just fierce planning.

Step Two: The Art of “Latching”

Now, talk about my secret technique: “latching.” This is where the magic happens. We paired her workouts with things she already loves or has to do. Picture this: walking to the gym, you get your 10,000 steps in then you get your workout in or power-walking while binge-watching her latest TV obsession. It’s about pairing things you already do with things that need to get done. Two birds, one fabulous stone.

Step Three: Planner Power

And then, the a planner. Not just any planner, though. This was her new best friend, her fitness bible. With it, she could schedule her workouts, meal preps, work meetings, dinner with her husband and track every fabulous milestone. Keeping things organized keeps the motivation sky-high, darling.

The Result?

She is back on her game and feeling more fabulous than ever. The moral of this story? Falling off the wagon was just a plot twist, not the end. It’s a chance to reassess, re-strategize, and come back stronger!

So, remember, wellness is a journey, not a destination. By slaying your schedule, using smart techniques like latching, and staying organized with a planner, you can overcome any hurdle. If my client can do it, so can you, darling!
